1. Services Provided

The Client agrees to engage in one-on-one coaching sessions (“Services”) provided by James Smith, focusing on business development, personal growth, mindset, and life mastery. Coaching sessions are intended for educational and personal development purposes only.

2. No Guarantees

While the Coach will provide guidance, strategies, and support, the Client understands that results are dependent on individual effort, application, and follow-through. The Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding specific business outcomes, income increases, or personal transformations.

3. All Sales Are Final

All payments made for coaching services are non-refundable.
By completing a purchase or enrolling in the program, the Client acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final and no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Attend sessions on time and engage actively.

  • Communicate honestly and openly.

  • Take full responsibility for implementing the strategies discussed.

5. Disclaimer

The coaching provided under this agreement is for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.
The Coach is not a licensed attorney, financial advisor, therapist, or medical professional.
All decisions and actions taken by the Client are their sole responsibility.

6. Confidentiality

The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during coaching sessions, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Coach operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
